Toscana Property LLC is run by a mother-son duo: Gerald and Antoneta Licollari, Antoneta Licollari is a real estate agent of over a decade with an unmatched track record in the field. She is driven, motivated, detail-oriented, meticulous, and exceptional. Most of all, Antoneta is kind. She entered the real estate field, after a plethora of other careers such as babysitting, pharmaceutical accounting, and office managing, to help others find their forever home. Having come here from Europe with nothing, she has built a quality life for her two children: Ana and Gerald, and her two puppies Luna and Muffin. Her purpose in business and in life is to share her good fortune with others and help them find the home best suited for their lifestyle and goals. For this reason, and for her love of architecture and design, Antoneta is passionate about her work as a real estate agent, and this intense ardor and fervor reflects itself in the caliber of her work. In the rare times she has a moment to herself, she loves to garden, stay in nature, go to the opera, travel, and cook. 

Joining her at head of the Toscana property is her son Gerald. A vivacious and charming young man, Gerald became a realtor and broker due to the human, sociable element of the business. With a BS from Baruch University, Gerald has the necessary business acumen to thrive in a tough industry. Together, Antoneta and Gerald have found hundreds and hundreds of people their homes.
